Rhythm & Blues by the Brook Celebrates the Community with Diandra Marie

Diandra Marie captures everything you need to see at the Rhythm & Blues By the Brook 2017!

Cedarbrook Park hosted Rhythm & Blues By the Brook (R&BBTB) music festival. The annual event aimed to bring citizens of Union County together with music headlined by Naughty By Nature. Diandra Marie visited her hometown to talk with the attendees and musical lineup. Diandra first spoke with Al Mirabella, who is a Union County freeholder. Being that Al is one of the people responsible for R&BBTB, he mentions that cities need more events that bring forth unity. Diandra asked festival-goers if they believe these type of events actually make a positive impact on the community.

Also, Diandra talked with some of the music artists set to take the stage. Ryan and Lindsey of The Shady Street Show Band discussed their inspirations and future events. Justina Valentine opened up about her experience on Nick Cannon’s Wild N’ Out and representing New Jersey. Then, Hip Hop pioneers Rob Base and Vin Rock (of Naughty By Nature) shared which new school artists they listen to. With a mixture of great music, great people, and great dancing, R&BBTB was a complete success. See for yourself by watching below:
